Identitá and Visivo — moving towards public beta
Last September, we introduced Identitá and our WordPress-based template Visivo — a purpose-built tool designed to create and structure a wide range of manuals and guidebooks. From visual identity manuals (CVI) to owner’s manuals and operational frameworks for franchise businesses, Visivo is built to make complex information easy to navigate, logically organised, and simple to share with designers, partners, and franchisees alike.
Today, we are pleased to announce that Identitá is moving steadily towards public beta. We are currently testing features and workflows with two pilot companies, focusing first on the CVI toolkit — the foundation of the Visivo system. The public beta will be launched once this core toolbox is fully refined.
Looking ahead, our development focus will expand towards more complex documentation, such as operational manuals. These require greater flexibility in structuring layered content, where adaptability becomes just as important as efficiency in asset management.
Current feature set
Visivo already includes a comprehensive set of tools designed to support structured brand and operational documentation:
Colour management — Create and manage colour systems with custom naming conventions and full technical specifications, including HEX, RGB, CMYK, PMS, and RAL values.
Typography — A dedicated typography module with support for custom brand fonts. Fonts can be added via WOFF files or integrated directly from Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts. The system also includes a specimen view for showcasing typographic usage.
Asset management — Upload, organise, and share files or external links within each section of the guidebook.
Flexible content management — A versatile content system that supports a range of formats, including image and media blocks, structured text, and notification elements.
User management — Two levels of access control. The first governs the entire guidebook — allowing it to be public or restricted. The second operates within the document, where administrators can assign full access or read-only permissions, including control over asset downloads.
Guidebook management — Create and manage multiple guidebooks within a single system. This feature is particularly valuable for franchise organisations that require a controlled and centralised documentation environment.
Multilingual support — Built-in support for multiple languages across both sections and content types, addressing the needs of international organisations.
Built on WordPress — extended through Identitá
The entire system is built as a WordPress-based template, extended through the Identitá layer. Within this environment, users can access all core features described above, along with licence management functionality. Each client’s licence is connected to our platform (identita.pro), where subscriptions, packages, and payment details can be managed seamlessly.
What’s next
Identitá continues to evolve with a clear direction, and Visivo is approaching its next major milestone. As soon as the current testing phase is complete, we will open access to the public beta.
If you are already interested in using Visivo, we would be glad to hear from you. Get in touch at hello@sviiter.studio or directly to hey@identita.pro to express your interest. Early adopters will receive access to special offers, as well as the opportunity to participate in a feedback round before the official launch — helping us shape the tool into an even more flexible and user-focused solution.
