Visual identity guidebook — online

Moving various assets online is no longer news, but in our daily work, we often see that a company’s style guide still exists only as a document on someone’s computer or in a cloud service. Over time, finding the necessary files for creating other media can become difficult, and sharing them with new employees or partners can be a hassle.

In an effort to solve this problem, we developed a WordPress-based template called Visivo. It’s specifically designed to structure and document the different elements of visual identity, making materials easy to locate and distribute quickly.

Why WordPress?

WordPress powers the most websites worldwide. It has a vast developer community, and using the platform daily is straightforward. Visivo supports the WordPress 6.0 version, which includes the Design Editor, allowing you to enhance the template with various features and give it a more personalised look without writing code.

Why do we need yet another WordPress template?

Visivo is built with the usability and accessibility of visual identity in mind. Its goal is to ensure quick access to brand materials, always working with the latest versions and using the correct files, both for online use and for print.

What exactly does Visivo offer?

Visivo users gain access to a versatile toolbox that includes:

A dedicated colour page where you can add CMYK, RGB, HEX, and RAL codes, along with the ability to copy colour codes with one click.

How much does Visivo cost?

The final pricing is still in progress but we’d like to have mainly two options for users. Basic, that will cover basic features as colour and other content blocks and Pro, that will add user management, password protected pages and files. Also an extra index page for covering multiple guidebooks and instruction. Pro is more aimed to franchise companies that might need multiple documents and documetations set up in the server.

We are planning monthly or annual subscription that is affordable for SMEs in various levels.

Who is it designed for?

  • Tho whom it’s important that visual identity and communication materials are organised, accessible, and easy to share with their partners.

  • Who regularly create CVI or manuals for companies and want these materials to be structured and easily accessible to all stakeholders.
